Circuit: Pay attention to the cleanliness of the circuit board, regularly clean the dust in the strong and weak electric box, keep the electric box dry and prevent it from getting damp.
Oil circuit: Check all parts of the oil circuit for oil leakage and deal with it in time. Prevents piston rod scratching and oil deterioration.
Machinery: check whether there is any wear on the transmission parts of the machine, check whether each grease nipple is blocked, and inject grease.
Other precautions: It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil once a year and clean the sludge in the oil tank. The water cooler should be cleaned in time to prevent the oil from accelerating aging due to rising oil temperature. Of course, safety is no small matter, circuit safety door switch, oil circuit pressure relief valve, mechanical safety stop , the machine warning lights must be checked to see if they are working properly during maintenance.
