High Speed Uncoiling-Leveling-Cut to Length -Stacking Line
This series of production lines can process all kinds of cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil plates, stainless steel, aluminum plates and various kinds of metal plates after electroplating or coating, and cut them into various fixed length plates with different specifications, and can be attached with trimming function .
Composed of coil car, double support un-coiler, pre-leveler, finish-leveler, length gauge, cut to length machine, stacker, servo driven system, etc. as well as pendulum middle bridge, pressing and guiding device and steering device.
The production line is characterized by high automation, high slitting accuracy, stable and reliable machine performance, and convenient operation and maintenance.
