How to operate the molding machine？

1. Choose a flat table, place the machine stably, and pull the chassis legs apart to make the machine panel easy to observe.

2. Insert the plug on the hand-held sensor head into the socket on the panel and tighten it. Note the positioning gap

⒊Insert one end of the plug of the power cord into the socket on the rear panel of the chassis, and the other end into the power supply socket. Please be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power supply.

4. Turn on the "POWER SW." on the rear panel of the chassis, press the "SWITCHING" button on the panel, and wait until the "WARM UP" green indicator light is on, the machine can work.

5. Press and hold the "SETTING BUTTON" button and set it to an appropriate value, generally between 0.5-2.0 seconds.

6. Put the induction head on the container cover, press the start button on the handle, then the red indicator light of "HEATING" is on, indicating that it is heating, do not remove the induction head, and the red indicator light of "HEATING" is off Then remove the sensor head, wait for the "WARM UP" green indicator to light up or the buzzer inside the machine to give a short "beep" prompt, and then start the sealing operation of the next container.

⒎ Check the sealing quality, according to different materials, diameters of containers and production efficiency, properly modify the "SETTING BUTTON" button to make the best sealing quality.
