2. The power saving principle of the disc machine
Due to the very violent mutation process in the working process of the disc machine, the impact on the machine is very large, which affects the life of the entire injection molding system. Domestic shoe-making enterprises have a lot of old equipment with low degree of automation and high energy consumption. The machine is generally designed according to the maximum production capacity. In fact, it often does not use such a large power during production. The speed of the oil pump motor remains unchanged, so the output power is almost unchanged, and there are large horses and small carts in production. Therefore, a large amount of energy is wasted.
We adopt the frequency conversion operation technology of the disc machine. The frequency converter detects the pressure and flow signal from the computer board of the disc machine in real time. The pressure or flow signal of the disc machine is 0-1A. After internal processing, different frequencies are output , to adjust the motor speed, that is: the output power is automatically tracked and controlled synchronously with the pressure and flow, which is equivalent to changing the quantitative pump into an energy-saving variable pump. The original hydraulic system matches the power required for the operation of the whole machine, eliminating the high pressure overflow of the original system loss of flow energy. It can greatly reduce the vibration of mold closing and mold opening, stabilize the production process, improve product quality, reduce mechanical failures, prolong the service life of the machine, and save a lot of electric energy. 3. The characteristics of frequency conversion and energy saving
1) The operation is simple, and it runs synchronously with the disc machine without any adjustment;
2) High reliability: the original control mode and oil circuit of the disc machine are kept unchanged; the mains/power-saving operation control mode is adopted to prevent production from being affected in case of failure;
